How does your rubbish removal service work?

Here at Solihull Rubbish Removal (SRR) not only do we supply the transport to remove your unwanted items but also the labour.

So if your rubbish is round the back of the house, in a loft, down a cellar – that is not a problem we can remove it.

What types of rubbish will you take?

SRR will take just anything, but there are exceptions such because they need to removed by a specialist such as

• Asbestos
• Batteries
• Clay
• Clinical Waste
• Corrosive substances
• Explosives
• Fluorescent Tubes
• Food waste including uncooked meat
• Fridges and freezers
• Gas Bottles
• Human / Animal waste

Do you have to be licensed to carry waste material?

Yes Solihull Rubbish Removal is licensed to carry out this work our number is CB/PE5209VR.

(If you use an unlicensed person you could be held responsible for any incorrect disposal of the material taken away so best be safe and used a licensed carrier like Solihull Rubbish Removal).

Are you able to work Evenings / Saturday?

Yes, if Monday to Friday 9-5 does not work for you please give us a call and let us know when would be convenient.

Where does what you take a way go?

Where possible we will recycle items if possible. Sometimes items are suitable to go to Charity Shops. Items which cannot be recycled go to licensed waste disposal sites.

How does your service compare to a skip?

Skips work for certain items such as soil / clay if you have been digging out foundations but in many cases they are more expensive than our service and much less flexible and most skip companies expect you to load the skip.

How responsive are you?

Sometimes we can offer a same day service if you phone early in the day, more frequently it will be next day.
